Due to the impending major refurbishment of our current building, Kin Cymru has had to locate suitable alternative premises within Swansea. This has been somewhat of a challenge, however we have now secured an office on Mansel Street which will be ideal for our staff and clients.
Finance is always a challenge for small charities and Kin is no exception. We rely on donations and small grants to provide our vital services, and an office move has brought unexpected additional costs to our small budget. As a result we put a call out on social media for sponsors; one item we requested assistance with is the provision of new floor coverings in the new office, which was just plain floorboards. Thankfully two donors stepped forward to offer assistance with this and these are listed below:
